APHIS Withdraws GMO Rule
On March 4, 2015, the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced that it was withdrawing its proposed rule relating to the importation and interstate movement of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and will be crafting an alternative regulatory regime.
