FDA Increases FSVP EnforcementIn a warning letter to Thai Kee Trading Company, FDA noted that a one page flow chart created by an importer was insufficient to serve as a written FSVP program, and simply obtaining hazard analyses from foreign suppliers did not comply with the rule. The agency stated that importers must document their review and assessment of hazard analyses.
