Foods Excluded from Reciprocal Tariff
On November 14, 2025, President Trump signed an Executive Order which excluded a wide range of foods from the reciprocal tariff regime imposed under Executive Order 14257 (EO 14257).
EO 14257 imposes a reciprocal tariff on virtually every shipment of commercial goods entering the United States. The tariff varies based on the country of origin of the goods and can be up to 50% in addition to the base tariff.
The November 2025 Executive Order excludes many food products including fresh and frozen beef, bananas, tomatoes, pineapples, avocados, limes, kiwis, coffee, tea, spices, cashews, Brazil nuts and more. Please contact us if you have any questions.
